Questions, answered straight
Where does your market data come from?+
Fundamentals and filings from SEC EDGAR (first-party, free), prices from exchange and vendor feeds, and our own stored history. Every number on screen names its source — click any badge to see the vendor, its age, and the fallback chain.
What do the SIM and LIVE badges mean?+
LIVE names the real venue that served a number (e.g. coinbase). SIM means the value is simulated or generated — shown honestly, badged, never passed off as the market. If a feed is down we badge it SIM and keep the last real value; we never invent a price.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Plans are month-to-month (or annual for two months free) and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel from Settings → Billing, where "Open billing portal" hands you to Stripe’s billing portal, or by email to sales@quantz.online — either way you keep access through the period you already paid for.
Can I export my data?+
Yes — one click, open JSON, everything we store for you: journal, trades, alerts and their fire history, positions, watchlists, drawings, workspaces, saved screens, strategies and listings. The file carries a manifest naming exactly what is inside and the one thing we withhold — your credentials, because exporting live session tokens would hand over your account. A test reads our database schema and fails our build if we ever add something that holds your data and forget to export it. Your data is yours; take it anywhere.
What is a compute hour?+
An hour of heavy compute on our own hardware — backtests, the genetic-algorithm breeder, AI analysis. Each plan includes a monthly allotment; light use (charts, quotes, scans) does not draw it down.
Is any of this financial advice?+
No. AI output is model-generated commentary, not advice and not sourced data unless a badge says so. You make the decisions; we make the evidence legible.
Do you run your own AI, or resell someone else’s?+
Structured AI tasks run on a model we host on our own hardware, stamped quantz-llm in the response. When a vendor model answers instead, the response says so. No one can switch our intelligence off or change it underneath you.
