Newsletter consent

Who is writing to you, what you agreed to, and how to stop it.

Who sends it

The QuantZ newsletter is sent by QuantZ, a sole proprietorship operating from the Province of Ontario, Canada, the operator of quantz.online.

Mailing address: 399 Spring Garden Ave, North York, ON M2N 3H7, Canada

Email: sales@quantz.online

What you agreed to

This is the wording shown beside the subscribe control, word for word:

Email me the QuantZ newsletter: market and finance news, and the candlestick patterns and chart formations our detectors find — including on the symbols in my own watchlist, when this address matches a QuantZ account. Each reading comes with its historical base rate, and none of it is advice to buy or sell. I can unsubscribe at any time.

Consent version 2026-09-11.1. If this wording changes, the version changes with it and existing subscribers keep the record of what they actually agreed to.

What arrives

Market and finance news, and — if your subscription is linked to a QuantZ account — the candlestick patterns and chart formations our detectors found on the symbols in your own watchlist, each reported with how often that pattern was followed by a move on that instrument.

Every reading is a description of what the data did, with its sample size. None of it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and a pattern with too few historical cases is reported as exactly that rather than given a number it has not earned.

How to stop it

Every issue carries an unsubscribe link. One click, no sign-in, no confirmation step — it takes effect immediately, and the link keeps working long after the message was sent.

You can also email sales@quantz.online and we will remove you by hand.

What we record

When you subscribe we store your email address, the consent wording above, the page you subscribed from, and the IP address and browser user-agent of the request. That record exists so we can show, if asked, that you asked for this.

You can download all of it — see Privacy. Unsubscribing keeps the record and stops the mail; it does not delete the proof that you once consented, because that proof is what makes the unsubscribe defensible.
