Every plan opens the full terminal — the tools are not the paywall. Live tick-for-tick data is crypto spot (BTC, ETH, SOL) from Coinbase; equities run on vendor snapshots over our own stored history, not a real-time feed. Free desks read the screener on a 15-minute delayed snapshot with 25 live sessions a month and 15 chart-copilot AI answers a month; paying buys always-live scan data, an unmetered copilot, compute hours, an ad-free desk and faster support.
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you choose until you cancel. Cancel from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal, or by email to sales@quantz.online.
Compute hours meter the heavy jobs — backtest runs and AI research tasks executed on our servers. Charting, live data, and alerts never consume compute hours. Unused monthly hours don’t roll over. Mid-cycle top-ups are priced at a flat $0.40 / hour and are not on sale yet: you are charged only for what is live — your plan.
Unmetered means no monthly count: a paid plan has no cap on chart-copilot AI answers (free desks get 15 a month) and no cap on live-data sessions (free desks get 25 a month). The ceilings that remain on every plan are its monthly compute hours and the per-minute fair-use rate limits.
Yes. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. One click on Settings → Billing opens the Stripe billing portal for your account, where you cancel — no email and no call needed. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have already paid for stays open until it ends, and then the plan returns to Retail. Prefer email? sales@quantz.online works too.
Nothing is deleted. Watchlists, drawings, alerts and workspaces stay intact and stay usable — none of them check your plan. A downgrade does change eight things: your monthly compute-hour allotment, live scan data drops to the 15-minute delayed snapshot outside your monthly live sessions, the chart copilot moves to 15 AI answers a month, fair-use rate limits return to the free baseline, ads come back, chart-analysis chat moves to the smaller model, support slows down, and the enterprise firm dashboard closes.
Live crypto flows tick-for-tick from real venue feeds; equities use vendor data with our own stored history behind it. Anywhere data is simulated, the widget wears an amber SIM badge — we never dress up fake data as live.
Structured AI tasks run on a language model we host on our own hardware, stamped quantz-llm in the response. When a vendor model answers instead, the response says that too. AI commentary is model-generated, not sourced data.
One payment covers 12 months at ten months’ price — two months free versus monthly (Analyst $390/yr, Desk $990/yr). Handled by Stripe; switch or cancel at any renewal.
If something is broken and we can’t fix it promptly, yes. Email us within 14 days of a charge.
No. QuantZ is an analysis tool. Signals, backtests, and AI commentary are informational — trading decisions and their outcomes are yours.
